Discover a Trusted Indonesia Coffee Bean Supplier for the Global Market

Indonesia’s coffee industry is booming—and it’s no surprise. With volcanic soil, tropical climate, and diverse highlands, Indonesia produces some of the world’s most distinctive coffee. In the heart of this movement stands PT Bomboe Desa Indonesia, an Indonesia coffee bean supplier with a mission: to deliver origin-based, high-quality coffee directly from farmers to roasters, importers, and coffee chains worldwide.
Why Indonesian Coffee Is Winning Global Attention
Indonesia is the world’s fourth-largest coffee producer, yet its true strength lies in its diversity. From earthy tones to floral notes, Indonesian coffee—especially from Sumatra—offers flavor profiles unmatched elsewhere.
Unique processing techniques like wet-hulling, combined with smallholder farming traditions, give Indonesian coffee its signature boldness and depth. Global importers and specialty roasters are turning to Indonesia not only for its taste—but for its identity.
PT Bomboe Desa Indonesia: A Coffee Exporter You Can Rely On
At PT Bomboe Desa Indonesia, we go beyond simply supplying beans. We build bridges between local producers and international markets through long-term partnerships, ethical sourcing, and export-ready logistics.
As a certified exporter with a direct connection to smallholder cooperatives, we offer both transparency and traceability, ensuring every shipment meets global expectations.
Our Premium Coffee Selections: Gayo, Mandailing, Lintong & Karo
We specialize in four legendary origins from Sumatra:
| Coffee Type | Origin | Flavor Profile |
|---|---|---|
| Gayo | Central Aceh Highlands | Earthy, herbal, low acidity |
| Mandailing | North Sumatra Valley | Bold, syrupy, dark chocolate notes |
| Lintong | Tapanuli Highlands | Bright acidity, floral, clean finish |
| Karo | Karo Highlands, Sumatra | Full-bodied, smooth, slightly spicy |
Each bean is hand-picked, naturally or semi-washed processed, and sorted to meet international grading standards.
More about our coffee origins and process
From Sumatra to the World: Our Journey
Our beans come from high‑altitude regions in Sumatra where the terroir is exceptional and the coffee culture runs deep. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives in Gayo, Mandailing, Lintong and Karo, ensuring every batch retains the character of its origin.
By sourcing and processing each origin independently, we guarantee authenticity and traceability—two critical requirements when you as a buyer demand both quality and story.
From Harvest to Port: The Quality Process We Uphold
We believe great coffee begins with a great process. At PT Bomboe Desa Indonesia, all post‑harvest operations follow a refined semi‑washed method, which is widely used in Indonesia and yields beans with clean yet robust character. Highlights of our process include:
- Selective picking of fully ripe cherries
- Mechanical pulping followed by 12–24 hour fermentation
- Washing and sun‑drying on raised beds for 5–10 days
- Dual sorting: first with industrial sorter machines, then manual hand‑sorting to remove defects and reduce defect rate significantly
- Quality checks for moisture content (kept below 12%) and storage in Medan facility
- Final export packaging in jute sacks (60 kg) with liner, plus full export documentation
This end‑to‑end control ensures that your beans are not just good—they’re ready for the global market.
Indonesian Green Coffee Bean Export to the World
We have successfully exported our beans to a diverse list of countries, including the United States, Spain, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, Pakistan, China and Malaysia. Each market has its own flavor preference and regulatory requirements—and we adapt accordingly.
Shipping is managed from our Medan facility, offering LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load) and Air Freight options, all supported by full export documentation and real‑time tracking.
Fair & Competitive Pricing Coffee Bean
Our pricing model is built on fairness and competitiveness. Pricing is determined by:
- The origin and grade of the coffee
- The volume of your order
- Shipping method (sea or air)
- Any additional services (custom packaging, labelling, etc.)
We aim to balance fair compensation for farmers with value for our buyers. For long‑term partners we offer repeat‑order discounts, flexible payment terms and annual contracts
